Kai Wendel joins the LH2 team

Kai Wendel joined the Department of Hydromechanics and Hydrosystem Modeling as a research associate on January 1, 2023. He will work on the DFG project "Experimental and numerical investigations on density-driven dissolution of CO2 and related carbonate dissolution in karst water".

On 1 January 2022, Kai  Wendel joined the Department of Hydromechanics and Modelling of Hydrosystems. Kai completed successfully his Master's degree in "Environmental Engineering" at the University of Stuttgart in August 2022.

As part of his work at LH2, he will work on the DFG project "Experimental and numerical investigations on density-driven dissolution of CO2 and related carbonate dissolution in karst water" and support Holger Class in his research.
