Kerem Bozkurt joined the Department of Hydromechanics and Modeling of Hydrosystems on January 1, 2023. Kerem graduated from Eskisehir Technical University (Turkey) with a Master degree in "Chemical Engineering". In September 2022, he defended successfully his master's thesis entitled "The Thermal Diffusion and Hydraulic Permeability Coefficients of Different Membranes and Gas Diffusion Layers in Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells and Modeling".
In his previous research, Kerem Bozkurt has focused on measuring the thermal diffusion and hydraulic permeability of different membrane, gas diffusion layer, and membrane electrode assemblies in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells at different temperatures and pressures
Kerem Bozkurt is pursuing doctoral studies under the supervision of Holger Class. He will participate in the research work of the SFB 1313 project "C04: Pore-scale and REV-scale approaches to biological and chemical pore-space alteration in porous media".
We are very much looking forward to the future collaboration with Kerem Bozkurt at Lh2 and in SFB 1313! Welcome to our team!
