From September 15–18, 2025, the IWS (LWW) participated in the TRANSFER Danube Kick-Off Conference in Bucharest, Romania with Sebastian Schwindt and Teresa Schnellbach. The event, organized by the Romanian “National Meteorological Administration” (NMA), brought together the eleven European project partners for the official launch of the TRANSFER Danube consortium.
IWS actively contributed to the discussions and professional exchange and delivered two presentations:
- Teresa Schnellbach – Insights from TRANSFER Danube Partners
- Teresa Schnellbach – 2D Soil Erosion Models in TRANSFER Danube: High-Resolution Simulation Based on Crop, Soil, Tillage and Rainfall Data
