The DAAD Prize is awarded nationwide, with the amount of 1,000 € per university.
Our master student Aron Asfaha, who completed his master's thesis in our group with the title "Optimal Design of Pressure Measurement for Stochastic Calibration of Water Distribution Hydraulic Models", was nominated for this year's DAAD Prize for Outstanding Performances of Foreign Students by Priv.-Doz. Dr.-Ing. Sergey Oladyshkin and was selected by the directorate of the University of Stuttgart International Office as the award winner based on his excellent study achievements and his social commitment at the University of Stuttgart.
