The project SmartANN has started as part of the Project Network 5 of the Excellence Cluster SimTech, headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Nowak and Priv.-Doz. Dr.-Ing. Sergey Oladyshkin. The Project Network 5 deals with "On-the-fly Model Modification, Error Control and Simulation Adaptivity", and the project SmartANN specifically deals with "Physics-informed ANNs for dynamic, distributed and stochastic systems". Employee in this project is Timothy Praditia, who has been a member of the LS3 team since 2018.
