The InterPore Foundation awards Rainer Helmig the Kimberly-Clark Distinguished Lectureship for his contributions in the fields of groundwater hydrology, subsurface energy storage, and coupled processes at the interface between porous media and free-flow compartments.
Each year, InterPore selects a porous media researcher, who works on a broad range of porous media topics, as the "InterPore Kimberly-Clark Distinguished Lecturer on Porous Media Science & Technology". The Lectureship award is sponsored by a generous gift from Kimberly-Clark Corporation to InterPore Foundation.
