We are seeking two PhD students motivated to develop innovative remediation methods. The overarching theme of both projects is the study of fate and transport of PFAS in the subsurface, with the following two foci:
- Exploration of the fate and transport properties of PFAS-substances under the influence of heat.
- Development of in-situ remediation technologies for the immobilization of PFAS in the near-subsurface.
An interdisciplinary, open-minded team actively supports the work.
