Beatriz Negreiros is a doctoral researcher at the IWS and she employs sedimentological analyses for enhancing aquatic habitat. This past winter, her dedicated efforts in the field and Python-based data analyses prepared the ground for the systematic development of effective stream restoration to maintain, enhance, and expand habitat for thousands of fish.
