Tim Brünnette joins LS3 as a PhD researcher. He will be working on the project "Randomising models for fracturing of porous materials - towards statistical realism and validation" under supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Nowak. This project deals with inducing stochasticity in subsurface fracture models, exploring the models' hyperparameters, as well as testing and validating the resulting models. Welcome to our group!
