Dumux

DuMuX (Dune for Multi-{Phase, Component, Scale, Physics, ...} Flow and Transport in Porous Media) is an open-source simulation framework developed by the LH2 group to model complex multi-phase flow and transport processes in porous media. Built upon the DUNE (Distributed and Unified Numerics Environment) platform, DuMuX is designed with flexibility and extensibility in mind, allowing researchers to adapt and expand it for a wide range of applications in environmental, energy, and hydrological studies. Its modular structure makes it an ideal tool for tackling interdisciplinary challenges in subsurface simulations, supporting both academic research and practical applications.

BVRox

BVRox (Bayesian Optimization-Based Validation and Robust Optimization of Models) is a cutting-edge project developed by the group. The project addresses the need for reliable and robust environmental and engineering models by effectively managing uncertainties. With BVRox, researchers and practitioners can enhance predictive accuracy and optimize model performance, supporting data-driven decision-making across diverse applications.
