Hydrogeophysical methods are increasingly being used to improve ourunderstanding of hydrological processes from the local to the catchmentscale. In this presentation, I will provide an overview of currentresearch topics in my research group. After a general introduction tothe potential value of hydrogeophysical measurements, I will address thei) improved use of time-lapse geophysical data for hydrological modelparameterization, ii) the use of spectral induced polarizationmeasurements to characterize structures and processes in the vadosezone, and iii) catchment-scale hydrogeophysical investigations usingelectromagnetic induction measurements.
